Delivery Policy

Order processing time
All furniture offered on our website is made to order in Poland.
The lead time is counted from the date of payment and is usually 4–8 weeks, depending on the model and material availability.
The maximum delivery time will not exceed 12 weeks.
We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

  • Upholstered Furniture: Delivered to your room, unpacked, and assembled for you.
  • Flat-Packed Furniture: Delivered to your door only.

Delivery Zones and Pricing

Green Zone

  • Free: Delivery to Ground Floor (Minimum spend £250)
  • £49: Delivery to Upper Floors

Blue Zone

  • £49: Delivery to Ground Floor
  • £98: Delivery to Upper Floors

Grey Zone

  • £99: Delivery to Ground Floor
  • £148: Delivery to Upper Floors

Purple Zone

  • £189: Delivery to Ground Floor (Door to Door Only)

Yellow Zone

  • £219: Delivery to Ground Floor (Door to Door Only)

Red Zone

  • Custom Quote: Contact us for a personalized delivery cost.

Delivery Planning

We approach deliveries differently than large parcel companies. With fewer, larger deliveries per day (10-15), we carefully plan each route for efficiency. However, this means:

  • We may visit your area only once a week.
  • We kindly ask for your cooperation in aligning your schedule with ours.

Our drivers will provide a morning or afternoon delivery window and call at least 30 minutes before arrival. Your understanding helps ensure a smooth delivery experience!


Delivery Timescales

  • Normal Delivery Hours: 6 AM – 10 PM on weekdays.
  • Weekend Deliveries: Occasionally available upon request.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • Stock items: 1-7 days for quick delivery.
    • Bespoke products: 3-8 weeks.
    • Standard orders: Up to 4 weeks from payment receipt.

For urgent orders, contact us with your delivery details, and we’ll confirm availability.


Delivery Day Policy

  • Missed Delivery Charges: A minimum fee of £100 may apply for missed delivery dates, depending on the product capacity.
  • Goods PlacementDelivery Service – Room of Choice:
    Delivery includes placement of your item in the room of your choice, as part of the standard delivery price. Please ensure that access routes (hallways, stairs, doorways) are clear and suitable for delivery.

Product Acceptance

  • Products are deemed accepted 5 working days after delivery unless acting as a Consumer.
  • Delivery is made to the billing address only.
  • Once accepted, products cannot be rejected for non-compliance with the contract.
