Information for Customers – Custom Orders
1. Custom-made orders – sofas made to specific dimensions, chosen colours, fabrics, or configurations are considered personalized products.
2. No returns – according to our company policy and consumer regulations regarding personalized goods, such orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Order confirmation – before placing the order, the customer receives all details regarding dimensions, colour, and other specifications to ensure the choice is correct.
4. Claims – the only valid reason for a claim is a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transport. In such cases, the company will arrange repair, replacement, or another solution in line with consumer law.
5. Customer agreement – by placing an order for a custom-made sofa, the customer confirms that they understand and accept the above terms.
