Returns Policy
1. Right to cancel
Customers have the right to cancel their order and return the sofa within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing (by email or letter).
2. Condition of goods
Returned sofas must be in their original, undamaged and clean condition, with all parts and accessories included.
Customers are responsible for any reduction in the value of the sofa resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check its condition, such as:
stains, dirt, or odours,
scratches, tears, or other damage,
missing components.
3. Refunds
Once the returned sofa is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
The refund covers the cost of the product and the standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the sofa is faulty.
4. Exclusions from the right to cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
sofas made to measure or personalised (custom dimensions, colours, fabrics, or configurations),
sofas that are damaged, stained, or used beyond normal checking.
5. Faulty goods
This returns policy does not affect the customer’s legal rights regarding faulty or defective products.
